MRP红磷阻燃母粒可用于阻燃聚烯烃材料和工程塑料以及橡胶制品阻燃，本产品阻燃性能高，添加量少，与基材有很好的相容性和分散性，无析出,具有优异的物理性能和电气性能。其阻燃机理是通过凝固相和气相作用方式实现阻燃效果，当阻燃材料遇到明火时在材料表面会形成稳定的炭层及玻璃状油膜作为屏障，能阻隔氧气进入并具有优良的隔热作用，阻燃可达UL94,V0。

Product Introduction:
The MRP red phosphorus flame retardant masterbatch is designed for use in flame-retardant polyolefin materials, engineering plastics, and rubber products. This product offers high flame retardancy with a low additive amount, exhibiting excellent compatibility and dispersion with base materials. It is free from exudation and possesses outstanding physical and electrical properties. The flame retardant mechanism operates through solid and gas-phase interactions. When exposed to an open flame, a stable char layer and a glassy oil film form on the surface of the material, acting as a barrier that effectively blocks oxygen ingress and provides excellent thermal insulation. Flame retardancy can reach UL94 V0 standards.
