青岛厚德天成新材料有限公司成立于2023年，位于山东科技大学科技园，公司自成立以来一直致力于PVC透明钙锌热稳定剂、硅甲基季戊四醇、二羧酸基亚磷酸酯、BMRP白度化包覆红磷以及HDFR无卤阻燃剂的研究与生产。我们的创新力量源自公司内部的技术团队和专家，在PVC钙锌热稳定剂领域和高分子材料阻燃改性等领域积累了丰厚的经验，PVC钙锌热稳定剂在技术上已达到国际领先水平，可完全等量替代甲基锡热稳定剂用于透明制品；BMRP白度化包覆红磷和HDFR无卤阻燃剂在技术上也达到国内领先水平，在聚烯烃、工程塑料以及橡胶方面也得到了广泛应用，我们在技术创新和产品应用方面已与多家知名企业合作，实现真正环保无卤、添加量低阻燃效率高等特点，具有优异的物理力学性能和电气性能。

Qingdao HODTCO New Materials Co.,Ltd. was established in 2023 and is located in the Science Park of Shandong University of Science and Technology. Since its inception, the company has been dedicated to the research and production of PVC transparent calcium zinc heat stabilizers, silane-modified pentaerythritol, dicarboxylate-based phosphonate esters, BMRP white-coated red phosphorus, and halogen-free flame retardants (HDFR). Our innovative strength stems from an internal technical team and experts who have accumulated rich experience in the fields of PVC calcium zinc heat stabilizers and flame retardant modification of polymer materials. Our calcium zinc heat stabilizers for PVC have reached an internationally leading level, capable of completely substituting methyl tin stabilizers for transparent products. Similarly, the BMRP white-coated red phosphorus and HDFR halogen-free flame retardants have also achieved leading positions domestically, with widespread applications in polyolefins, engineering plastics, and rubber. We have collaborated with several well-known enterprises on technological innovation and product application, achieving truly environmentally friendly, low-addition flame-retardant efficiency, along with outstanding physical and mechanical properties and electrical performance.

Our company is equipped with a large laboratory and comprehensive processing and testing equipment, ensuring high inspection capability across material analysis, sample preparation, and various mechanical performance tests.
