Product Introduction:
The HDFR-3M halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch is specifically designed for materials such as PA6, PA66, PET, and PBT. This product exhibits high thermal stability, requires a low additive amount, and demonstrates excellent compatibility and dispersion with the base materials. It is free from exudation and boasts outstanding physical and electrical properties. The flame retardant mechanism operates through both solid and gas-phase interactions. When exposed to an open flame, the flame retardant material expands and crosslinks, forming a stable foamed char layer on the surface, which acts as an effective barrier. This char layer is uniform and dense, providing excellent thermal insulation, blocking oxygen ingress, and preventing dripping. The flame-retardant performance meets UL94 V0 standards.
